Kyoto & Otsu, Japan
I went to Japan to study/learn about ancient Japanese garden design and focus on the craft of hand drafting. I helped complete a project with a goal to redesign the waterfront landscape that lines Lake Biwa in the city of Otsu, while highlighting the history and culture of the celebrated city.
This design was a group collaboration with Julia Frost and Rebecca Shepard.
